Booking & Payment Policy
To guarantee the availability of our boat and instructors, all bookings require a secure online prepayment.
Important: Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of your payment. Without payment, the spot remains available for sale and cannot be held on our schedule.

Cancellation and refund policy:
After payment, you may cancel your reservation with the following fees: Cancellation 72 hours or more before the activity: full refund.
Cancellation within 72 hours: 50% of the amount paid.
Cancellation within 24 hours: no refund.
No-show (or if the booked service is not used on the scheduled day): no refund.
Cancellation for health reasons, upon presentation of a medical certificate: full refund.
PACIFIC BLUE ADVENTURE reserves the right to cancel its services due to weather conditions or force majeure. Any cancellation initiated by PACIFIC BLUE ADVENTURE will result in a full refund of the cancelled services.
